Celebrate the holidays with some bubbly! Super easy and very elegant way to ring in the new year. Who doesn't love champagne? You're going to serve it anyway, so just pick a few more ingredients, and I promise people with flag you as the hippest hostess around.
- 3 drops bitters
- 1 sugar cube
- 1 ounce Cognac
- 4 ounces chilled Champagne
- Drop bitters onto sugar cube; let soak in.
- Place sugar cube in a Champagne flute.
- Add Cognac, and top with Champagne.
